An avid photographer on the side, Denise McClain also keeps her focus on family, work and civic interests (including serving as president of the Susan G. Komen for the Cure), and her native Arizona. Denise's life has always had a strong educational influence – her mother was an elementary teacher and her father was an Arizona State economics professor and high-level administrator (and one-time acting president). Denise majored in accounting, earned her CPA and continued her education by going to law school – all which led to estate planning positions with two well-regarded Phoenix firms. Then Lowry Hill called in 2007. Excited by the opportunity, her career focus has shifted a bit. "After years of drafting estate planning documents, I can now apply my knowledge to interpreting them and teaching my clients how to use them in their decision-making." When she's not working or volunteering, who does this sharp shooter like to photograph? "My family. I like capturing happy moments, and I'm always looking for the perfect shot."
