Jason A. Lattin

He has a special knack for being in the right place at the right time. Despite his small-for-the-sport 6'1" frame, Jason Lattin led his high school basketball team in rebounding. Driving through Scottsdale some evening, you might spot him playing one of his three weekly games. Off court, he covers real estate and high dividend stocks for Lowry Hill's investment team. Fortunately, historic market trends and firm investments behave differently than rebounds – heading up rather than down. And for Jason, life continues to follow a remarkably familiar pattern: "I have a wonderful career with terrific people, which means that, once again, I seem to be in just the right place at the right time."
