Michael F. Casey

Mike Casey knew the perfect gift for his son Connor's birthday some years ago: a stunning Ludwig six-piece drum set. As you may have guessed, Mike had ulterior motives. An avid musician and former recital pianist, Mike and his then-new wife faced a choice after their wedding: his old drum set or new furniture. They wisely chose the table and chairs. "You can't dine on a drum," Mike notes. Today, with more hobbies than time – Mike mountain bikes, hikes, skis, reads (Catch 22 is one of his favorites), and volunteers in the community – this South Dakota native helps set a fast tempo for the firm's growing Scottsdale office. And, remarkably, he still manages to squeeze in some time on those drums.
